Continuous Coating on Hard-to-Coat Materials

Our exclusive coating process enables us to extrude a plastic coating on a variety of different materials. Producing a continuous coat of smooth, outer covering which doesn’t materially reduce flexibility. We can also embed the coating in convolutions to meet you specs. Materials we have successfully coated include woven fabric, copper, aluminum or steel tubing, wooden dowels, glass, rope, flexible conduit and many more.

Armorbond
Our plastic bonding method for strength, durability and eye appeal. Extruded over steel tubing, this exclusive method offers a chip-proof color-fast finish that is easy to clean. Plus, it’s maintenance free and practically indestructible.

Rods and Tubes
Rods in diameters from 0.020” to 3/4”. Tubes from 0.050” I.D. to 4 1/2” O.D. Wall thickness from 0.015” to 0.250”. You select the colors and we’ll help you select the proper material. And, we’ll furnish in random lengths to 20 feet, in tied coils, on spools or precisely cut to your exact length.

Shapes and Strips
We offer a variety of options: different cross-sectional designs, thick or thin walls, hollow or solid sections, single or dual extrusions. All are extruded to close tolerances from rigid, semi-rigid or flexible materials to your needs.
